Refund & Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation before work has commenced.

Once document verification, consultation, drafting, filing, or submission has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Professional fees paid are generally non-refundable after commencement of services.

Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

• Duplicate payment made by the client.
• Payment received but service could not be initiated due to reasons solely attributable to GST India Service.
• Any other case approved by the management.

Government fees, statutory charges, DSC charges, stamp duty, portal fees, and third-party charges are strictly non-refundable.

Approved refunds will normally be processed within 7–15 business days through the original mode of payment.

GST India Service shall not be responsible for delays caused by:

• Government portal downtime
• Department processing delays
• Delay in submission of documents by the client
• Technical issues beyond our control

No refund shall be applicable for such delays.
